A musician friend of mine has remembered some words from a chorus. As only musicians can, he can't remember the title, or anything other than a few words scattered here and there. If there are pepole out there with extensive memory cells for words, please can you help? To the one who posted this question. It sounds like the words to Psalm 27. An artist named Marty Goetz recorded this psalm in a song called, "One Thing I have asked of the Lord." It is on has album, I Call You Friend. It is published by "Singin' in the Reign" He is about as hard to find as Cynthia Clawson music. Ask a local Christian Book Store or write to him: Marty Goetz; P.O. Box 411; Franklin, TN 37065-0411 It is played on Family Radio once in a while. Hope that helps. i am new (10 mos) to the south. i am from new england and miss my family and friends. i just watched joyce's show. how do you know when god really wants you to give up something or keep trying. i hate living here,but came because of my husbands work. my marrige was not great when i chose to come here. my husband is selfish and puts himself before me. i had to sell my home and leave everyone to follow him here. i resent this so much. i have not gone to church regularly, but did as a child, and know there is something missing in my life, but i am filled with self doubt and questions as to what to do. should i stay and try to save my marriage, or go home. i don't know how i truly feel. if its love or just habit. i might add my husband had a affair with my best friend 2 1/2 yrs. ago. after 2 yrs. of therapy i still have not gotten over it. i have been trying to save this marriage but sometimes feel i am the only one working at it. now it seems i've given up everything and he's given up nothing and happy as a clam because he's where he wants to be, and i'm misrable. is it time to give up or keep trying. i just really hate living here, and don't see this changing anytime soon. why can't i just adapt. does god want me to keep working on this or is it time to leave. e-mail me at shovelhead@concordnc.com thanks.lynne

To Keith Hale, who was looking for one of Cynthia Clawson's songs: Since the e-mail I sent to you was returned, I thought perhaps you are still checking in at the Connection. The song you referred to is titled, "Power in the Blood", by Raymond Brown. Cynthia recorded it on an album entitled "Forever" in 1983, on a CBS lable -Priority Records. Although it is now longer available, a collection of 5 of her earlier albums is to be released in a few months, and I believe this song will be included. Hello! I am a fan of Cynthia Clawson. I grew up listening to her music, and would like to obtain at least 2 particular cds (albums). The problem is that I was so young that I do not remember the names of the albums, only the covers. Do you know where I might be able to find a visual or maybe the name of the recording label, that I might contact them? I saw some replies on the Christian Connection, and you seem to be quite knowledgeable re:Cynthia. If it helps, one of the album covers was green, with her in a shawl. The other one was beige and had, perhaps a beach scene. Also, I do recall a song about a Carousel. I'm sorry this is so vague. I know it's a long shot.
